Pre heat 350 degree oven
1 Box Duncan Heinz Butter Recipe Cake Mix
1 Teaspoon Cocoa
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Flavoring
1 Stick Margarine
3 Eggs
1 Cup of Buttermilk
Stir and mix well
Add
1 Bottle red food color 1oz
Mix well and Bake in 2 9”pans
(spray with Pam) |
Bake for 28-30 minutes
When toothpick inserted and comes out clean it’s done
Remove from pans and let cool on baking rack
Frosting
1 Box Confectioners sugar sieved
8 oz cream cheese at room temp
1 Stick Margarine melted
Mix above with mixer
Add to frosting
1 Cup chopped Pecans
Frost cake
